With full service wedding planning we are by your side every step of the way for the planning process. We design, coordinate, and execute your wedding from start to finish.
Full service planning includes initial wedding consultation, vendor selection and vendor meetings, venue layout, overall design and styling as well as a mood board creation and vision overview.
Full management of budget, appointments, guests lists, and rsvp management. Full on site coordination for both your rehearsal and wedding day.
Many of our décor rentals are included with this service which include tabletop items and furniture.

Partial wedding planning is designed for clients who have already begun their wedding planning process and have a pretty clear idea of their wedding design and concept but still need additional support and direction with some of the planning process and logistics.
It is very common for couples to begin this process and midway through the process become overwhelmed with all the details that go into planning a wedding. You will still have as much involvement in the planning as you want, we will just make things a lot easier for you.
Partial planning includes supplier searches, unlimited contact, venue layout and assistance with design and décor. Full management of budget, appointments, guest lists, and rsvp management and not to mention wedding coordination the day of your wedding.

Wedding day management is also usually referred to as month of coordination. This service starts 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding.
Wedding day management is best for clients who have already planned every detail of their wedding but would like someone to handle all the details the day of the wedding.
Some of the details we handle is overseeing the set-up of the venue, creating a detailed schedule and timeline, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers on the day of the wedding. We will also handle any last minute changes and make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible.

Event setup and breakdown starts with meeting at your venue and walking through the space to get your vision and ideas on how you would like your wedding day set up. We take all of your instructions and ideas and help make a fully designed dream wedding for you and your family.
Event setup and breakdown includes the full setup of your wedding plus help with laying out the space of your venue if needed. We will show up the day of your event to setup and breakdown the entire wedding so you and your family can enjoy the day.

We offer our floral design service for a few clients each year. Sweetly Designed Events can offer the following floral services for clients in either fresh or faux flowers:
- Centerpieces
- Floral Installations including hanging chandeliers
- Bulk greenery garlands
- Preserved/Dried Flower arrangements
- Tent greenery draping
- Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets
- Hand corsages and boutonnieres
Our floral design service includes a full design board for each client to go over options and see an overall concept for flowers for the day of the wedding.

Our event design starts with us meeting at your venue to get your vision and ideas of what you would like your wedding to look like. We then take all of your ideas and and brainstorm together to create your dream wedding.
Event design includes your venue layout and 3 meetings on site or in our studio. We will also create a vision board with all of the ideas so you can visualize your special day. We then will show up the day of your event to set up and breakdown your entire event.
