Hi! I'm Amanda and I work from my home studio in Sudbury, Massachusetts, where I live with my adorable golden retriever Louie. I'm originally a Midwestern girl hailing from Kentucky, where most of my family still lives.
My love for all things weddings and events came from getting to experience the world of weddings interning for a large wedding planner out of Los Angeles. I've always been keen to pay special attention to all the small details— so the world of weddings was a natural calling for me.
When I'm not planning, organizing, and executing events, you can normally find me exploring the surrounding area, catching up on all the new Netflix movies or at the dog park with Louie.

Our first wedding in the books and our very first couple we got to work with. Faith + Jordan were the absolute best clients we could have wished for and we are so thankful they allowed us to be apart of their special day.
We finally started taking on our first rental orders and expanded to offering floral strike services.
Who would have thought we would have been planning weddings during a global pandemic. We made it through the year and still helped several clients out with mini micro weddings.
2022 was by far the biggest year for Sweetly Designed Events. We officially launched our new line of rentals as well as brought on some new amazing talent who joined the team. Did I mention we also opened our first studio!
Sweetly Designed Events moved all of our rental inventory to the east coast officially and got our first warehouses in the Boston area. We are excited to officially call Boston home.

"We contacted Amanda a few months before our wedding for help with all the last-minute details and changes we needed for our wedding day. Amanda was able to jump in right away and start helping me and my fiancé. There were so many things we did not have planned or knew we needed but she helped us get everything figured out and took a huge amount of stress off of us. Our wedding day was even more amazing, we did not have to worry about anything, and best of all our family and friends loved everything including the many floral arrangements she made as well as the decor items we borrowed.
